Qualifications of Purchase

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have read and agree to the terms of this agreement
  • You agree to pay in full upfront, except for purchases exceeding $100 you may pay half up-front and half upon delivery
  • You agree to provide feedback on drafts sent via email, Discord or Twitter DMs
  • You provide a working email address for receiving drafts, proofs, queries and finished works
  • You provide an email to receive an invoice for the work
  • You agree that I may post the finished work on social media unless otherwise requested
  • You agree to specify the purpose of the work be it personal or commercial and acknowledge that this will affect price and rights to distribute the work
  • You agree to a minimum 2 week turnaround time for character illustrations.
  • You acknowledge that the commissioned work may show on a stream or that drafts may be shared on social media unless otherwise requested
  • You acknowledge that the quality of the work depends greatly on the references and descriptions provided
  • You acknowledge that revisions could be limited to the drafting stage without incurring extra fees
  • You acknowledge that you cannot request an artistic style different from the style presented in previous works
  • You acknowledge that I have the right to refuse the commission and offer a refund for any or no reason

Qualifications for Refunds

  • You cancel the order before it's completion and
  • The work is never delivered or
  • The work does not depict what was requested and approved or
  • The work does not feature the same level of detail or quality shown in the sample works

Qualification for Cancellation

  • A request for a cancellation is sent to me via email and
  • The work was cancelled before a final draft was sent

Content Restrictions

Can Produce

I can produce art of most adult themes to do with sex, kink and fetishes, especially niche themes such as vore, size play, pet play, to name a few favorites. Characters that are furries, furry-adjacent, fantasy, aliens, androids, or just plain humans. I can also do non-adult oriented work too or 'SFW' art.

Will Not Produce

I will not produce art of most themes to do with pain, gore, death. Fetishes that focus on unclean themes such as watersports, scat, farting, musk (extreme). Subjects, themes, characters, groups and symbology that highlight, feature or promote ideas of hate, prejustice and discrimination. Characters in law enforcement.
